We’re working with an NHS Trust that has been working with the same clinical and administrative systems for the past 30 years. The Trust secured Digital Aspirant Funding, to undertake the largest organisational change programme in its history, under close budgetary and quality pressure from national regulatory bodies.
Penpole provided the expert project team via services agreements for Project Management, Change Management, Project Support, Data Quality and Migration, Business Analysis, Training and more. This team was quickly scaled, deployed, and managed using our OSKAR quality assurance framework, with monthly financial management information reports provided back to our client.
This approach, and our resources has helped ready the Trust for several crucial go-live events over the course of 2021 and 2022, whilst controlling spending and carefully monitoring productivity and value for money throughout the project.
